(b) An order is accepted only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipment confirmation. Until acceptance, any confirmation email you receive is only an acknowledgement and not an acceptance.

Prices are as displayed on the Site. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; payment is processed through our payment provider(s). Prices may exclude taxes and duties; applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. We do not store cardholder data ourselves — payment processing is carried out by PCI-compliant payment gateways. We make efforts to display jewellery items accurately, but product colors and sizes may vary due to photography, display settings, and hand-crafted nature of certain pieces. Minor variations are to be expected.

7. Shipping, delivery and title

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and related charges will be displayed at checkout. Title and risk in the goods pass to you as specified in the delivery terms shown during checkout.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
