1. Order cancellation by customer

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at returns@pitambararoyalheritage.com  or support phone/email shown on the Site.
  • Once an order is dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests will be processed as returns in accordance with the Return Policy.

2. Cancellation by Pitambara Jewellery

  • We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund amounts charged.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to 7–14 business days after we initiate the refund (card issuers and banks may take additional time).
  • Where a refund is due due to our error (wrong product, non-delivery), we will refund the full amount including standard shipping charges.
  • For returns initiated by customers under the Return Policy, shipping charges may apply as set out in that policy.

4. Partial refunds and adjustments

Certain customizations (monogramming, engraving or bespoke work) may be non-refundable once work has commenced; such terms will be clearly displayed at the point of sale. Any partial refunds (for example, promotional adjustments) will be calculated and communicated.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a charge via your bank (chargeback) before contacting us, please also contact us so we can resolve the issue. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may lead us to suspend service.
