3. Order Processing Time

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors including delivery destination, product weight, package dimensions, shipping method selected, applicable insurance, and customs documentation requirements. Every Pitambara Jewellery order is packaged with utmost care to ensure product safety during transit. Packaging may include a premium branded jewellery box, protective outer packaging, tamper-evident sealing (where applicable), product documentation, invoice, care instructions, and authentication documents (where applicable). Our packaging is designed to minimize transit risks while delivering an exceptional unboxing experience.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, courier tracking number, and tracking link (where available). Customers can monitor shipment progress directly through the courier partner’s tracking system.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees, and other government charges. 10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the customer refuses delivery, or customs documentation is not completed, the courier may attempt re-delivery, hold the shipment temporarily, or return the shipment to origin. Additional shipping costs resulting from re-delivery or return shipments may be payable by the customer unless the issue arose due to our error.

11. Delivery Verification

For security purposes, deliveries may require recipient signature, identity verification, One-Time Password (OTP) where supported by the courier, or government-issued identification for high-value shipments where legally required. These measures help protect customers against unauthorized deliveries.

12. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their package immediately upon delivery. If the package appears tampered, damaged, opened, or broken, please photograph the package before opening, inform the courier representative where possible, and contact Pitambara Jewellery within 24 hours of delivery. Prompt reporting enables us to investigate with the courier partner effectively.

13. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost during transit, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, tracking number, and contact information. We will coordinate with the logistics partner to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
